Neverland Hobby 1/35 Wolf SSO (55001)

This time we are going to talk about Neverland Hobby 1/35 Wolf SSO (55001). New car kit comes as completely fresh plastic from young brand. It is made in popular scale and should be interesting for modelers who would like to have their own copy on the shelf. Moreover, today's packaging promises various assembly options, so you can choose which version to replicate. Overall packaging is standard, sprues are sealed into separate bags. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another famous military car.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.

I would like to start with car body shell as it is molded as one-piece element. As you can guess, all doors and hatches are separate, what might be handy for some ideas.

Nevertheless, it would be good to have this part packed into separate box, so that it won't be damaged during shipping. All those thin pillars are not too hard to snap.

Main chassis bars come on the next frame. Note that main section is one-piece, what should speed up assembly process.

As we already noted, all doors are molded separately and can be found on this frame. I would recommend to get at least one figurine to place with this vehicle.

Interior should be nicely detailed, so it can be a good idea to spend some time for proper paintwork. Separate bonnet can be opened, but there is not that detailed engine in the box.

Kit features even some rifles which can be placed inside. Seats look fine and deserve a good paintwork.

Next we see floor panel and lower armor panel. Those should be easy to combine thanks to smart design with guiding elements.

Kit features plenty of small parts, so try not to lose them as there are no spares.

Wheel axles and suspension look fine, but maybe it is a good idea to replace springs with real metal wire.

Kit also offers a choice of various special equipment including the roof light which is shown on the boxart.

Plastic itself is quite sturdy, so I don't think you will have any issues here.

Yes, kit features vinyl tires. They look surprisingly fine, but for something more serious it is still a good idea to find some aftermarket.

Neverland Hobby added some 3D-printed parts too, but those are only for headlamps and foglights guards.

Clear frame looks great and there is nothing to add about it. Installation should be easy as you can glue those parts from outside.

Yes, kit also features pre-cut masks which are definitely handy for a nice paintwork on your car.

Unpainted PE fret is not that big, but you get some useful parts here. Decals sheet is also small, but you will find all necessary symbols for several markings.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New car kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting choice for those who would like to build the famous G-Wagen in popular scale. Standard package is quite generous, so you can expect all necessary things and even more. The only thing that I would recommend to find is a figurine for even more engaging appearance. Oh, and of course try to decide which version you would replicate in your build, as this plastic can work even for some civil variants. :)
