Arma Hobby 1/72 P-39N Airacobra (70056)

This review is dedicated to Arma Hobby 1/72 P-39N Airacobra (70056). Aircraft kit comes as new version of the model kit in small scale. I guess Airacobra doesn't require extra introduction, but the "N"-version brings us a chance to copy it in some interesting markings. Previous release displayed nice features out of the box, and that is why I decided to take a closer look at this novelty. Packaging is typical here, so all frames come in one plastic bag. Let's open them and check together.
By the way, here you can read review with the previous version we checked.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.

There are only two frames inside, and on the first one you will find lower wing panel and some internal and external parts. Note that tailwing is molded as single-piece element.

Inside you will find guiding elements. Note that leading edge attachments will require due care during separation.

Of course, second frame brings us two top panels for the wing and fuselage halves. Moreover, there are two propeller versions. Fuselage is molded without doors and tail fin.

It is nice to see that metal weights are included into original package.

Clear frame comes in the separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great, and you can open the doors. Moreover, there are precut masks included.

Decals sheet is printed in Techmod, so quality looks great. There are also some cockpit decals included. On the photo below you can see marking options.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages together with extra markings in the video-review. :)

New Airacobra should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it looks good and should be fun to assemble. Finished model won't take a lot of space on your shelf, but will offer nice features in such small scale. I know, 1/72 might be a bit hard on older modelers, so who knows, maybe we will see bigger version in the future. It is also interesting to see some aftermarket for this kit as it truly deserves more things to be added inside and outside.
