This time we have a chance to check Eduard 1/48 Tempest Mk.II Late Version Profipack (82125). As you can guess, new Profipack continues line of British fighter aircraft from the famous model manufacturer. Fresh version comes as Mk.II Late and should be interesting for all modelers who would like to build their own copy of this beautiful airplane. Packaging is typical here, all frames come in several plastic bags. Let's open them and check what is actually supplied inside.
By the way, here you can read review with Bf 109 kit in the same scale.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.
We are going to start with frame which carries external equipment. Moreover, you will find cockpit walls and landing gear wheels here. I would recommend to get Brassin replacement for better appearance.
This kit is full of small parts, so be ready to work with tweezers. Don't forget that whole cockpit can be also replaced with resin upgrade made by Eduard.
Each tailwing will have to be glued out of two halves. Two out of three propellers will go into your spare parts box.
I like that front cowling section comes as one-piece element here. Note that kit features only engine "tab", so if you want to open the cowling and expose the engine, you will have to get Brassin set.
Wing parts division is typical - two top parts and one bottom. Flaps are molded in, but you can buy separate PE set which will copy these parts.
Last grey plastic sprue is dedicated to fuselage halves. Both are molded with tail fin, but without rudder or front cowling section. External features look fine and include recessed panel lines and rivets.
Clear parts come in separate plastic bags. Molding quality looks great and you will be able to use masks which are shown on the photo below.
Painted PE fret should be useful for internal and external features. This is a typical Profipack bonus which would have noticeable influence on your model.
Kit features two decals sheets, both are printed in Eduard. Note that all necessary symbols come divided for easier application. You can see all markings on the photo below.
Assembly manual is typical for this brand. You can check all pages in the video-review.
New aircraft model should be already available for purchase. One box will bring you quite nice model which should be interesting to assemble. In my opinion even the standard package should be enough for great-looking result. Nevertheless, you can also add original accessories which would make whole project even more realistic. Keep in mind that such upgrade will require extra investment and a bit more effort from you. :)
