ICM 1/35 Zum Angriff Vorwarts! (35723)

This review will tell you more about ICM 1/35 Zum Angriff Vorwarts! (35723). What is interesting about this release is the change in the name, as you can still find some of the original arts around. Nevertheless, the whole idea is quite great because you are getting figurines and trench which can build into a WW1 diorama scene. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, and all parts are stored in plastic bag. In total there are 34+45 for figurines and equipment, and also 44 parts for the trench. Those numbers look impressive for the figures set, so let's open everything and take a closer look together.

All figure parts fit onto one plastic frames. Overall parts division is typical for this scale, and all poses are pre-defined. Molding quality looks fine on those.

This frame comes in two pieces. Trench assembly won't be difficult, but the final finishing might take some time as the appearance will depend on paintwork and weathering.

Weapons and equipment come on their own sprue. There is a huge choice of various items, so at least this will give you a chance to "customize" the scene.

Gas masks can be found on the last grey plastic frame. On the photo below you can also see "profiles" for all four soldiers.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

Diorama set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is quite a great idea to combine figurines and some "base" into one box. Such a combo will be handy as the project on its own or maybe as the base for further additions. Overall quality looks just fine here, so you just need to build those soldiers and work on the suitable terrain. :)
