This review will tell you more about Miniart 1/35 Raupenschlepper Ost RS0/01 Last Prod. (53007). New release comes as yet another version of the small tracked vehicle. I reviewed the previous types, so it is interesting to see what is offered here. As some of you might remember, the finished model won't take a lot of space, and should be around 13cm. Moreover, manufacturer is generous enough to provide interior bits too. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, so all frames are sealed into one plastic bag. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with nice winter version of this vehicle.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.
First frame is one of the largest as it carries panels for the front cab and rear bed. Note also chassis parts as well as two types of the tracks. Winter plates will be placed on the sides of the vehicle.
Tarpauline cover is separated into several panels. Surface features on those look great, but you will have to join them carefully in order to get a smooth connection.
Front cab would have a good interior details, so it might be nice to open one of the doors. Note that tracks are also supplied in lengths for longer sections.
Drivetrain should be quite straightforward, but it might be good to play with a weathering on those parts.
New doors come on the separate frame and should be assembled out of several parts. They are also separate from the cab and can be positioned open if necessary.
Kit also features engine on the separate frame. Whole power plant looks fine and Miniart gives a chance to show it by opening the bonnet.
Last grey frame carries mix of parts, and you can see floor panel together with mud guard and pioneer tools. Overall molding quality looks great, but be careful with thin parts.
Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great, but there are no masks included in this kit.
Unpainted PE fret should be useful for some fine features on your model. Some parts might be too small, but effort will be worth it.
Decals sheet is not that huge, but you get all necessary symbols for four options. Printing quality looks great as it comes out of Cartograf. Four markings can be seen on the photo below.
Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.
New Raupenschlepper should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for modelers who missed the previous releases or just wants to build something different from all those tanks. Overall quality looks great straight out of the box. The only thing that I can think of adding is the figurines and maybe some diorama base. Other than that you can expect a fine model kit for quite a reasonable price overall.
