This time I am going to tell you about IBG Models 1/72 PZL P.11c Rare Birds (72520). Famous Polish aircraft now comes in yet another version with some interesting markings inside. We reviewed previous editions, but it is still good to see what is hidden in the new boxing. Packaging is typical for brand, so all frames are separated into several bags. Let's open them and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with the same aircraft in 1/32 scale.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.
First frame is dedicated to wing parts. Whole design is classic for this element, but note that mechanization is molded separately.
Next we see separate ailerons, propellers and one-piece engine. All of those look fine out of the box.
Kit features two versions of the fuselage parts, so be sure to use the right one. External features are great and look suitable for this scale.
Inside you will find some minor cockpit features which should be enough for this size.
I like that cowling sections are molded as single-piece parts. Such design should give you a bit more convincing appearance.
Last frames are dedicated to cockpit parts and some tail surfaces. Cockpit should be nicely detailed out of the box, so it might be worth to play with weathering techniques.
Clear frame looks fine, but there are no masks included. Moreover, IBG Models offer you a chance to build canopy out of PE and thin film which you can see on the photo below.
Unpainted PE fret will also come handy for some interior features. This is a typical bonus for IBG, and it will have a notable influence on the final appearance.
Decals are printed in Techmod, so you don't have to worry about printing quality. All markings are shown on the photo below.
Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.
New PZL should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting choice for modelers who are tired from typical aircraft in this scale. Overall quality is quite good, so you just need to assemble everything together. I also like that PE is included out of the box, and you will get all necessary features without the need to search for some aftermarket.
