This review will tell you more about HGW 1/32 Bf 109K-4 Masks (Kotare) (732009). This set comes as useful add-on for large scale aircraft kit of the German fighter aircraft. As you might remember, original set didn't have any masks included, so it will be handy to have something to cover clear elements. Note that whole idea is slightly different because you will be using decals as masks. Overall packaging is simple, so it is a transparent bag with cardboard inside. Whole set fits onto one decals sheet. You have clear separation between interior and exterior sections, so it will be easy to apply those in the right order.

Application manual can be found on the rear side. Note that Mascol or liquid masks will be also needed for the middle section of the canopy. It is also worth noting that wheels will get covering too.

I like the idea of the new set because decals are something what everyone can apply and have at least some experience. Overall design looks straightforward, so you just need to get those onto the necessary areas. Yes, Mascol still will be required, but this is still better for some modelers.
