Today I will tell you more about ICM 1/72 K-Verbande Midget Submarines (S.020). New release comes as combo-set in popular scale. This way you will be able to build two German subs and place them in your collection. Keep in mind that both were also released as "solo" sets, but now they come in one box. There are 36 parts for U-Boat Type XXVIIB and 34 parts for Molch. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with Molch set.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.
First frame is dedicated to a bit older release, which still looks great. As you can notice, there is even a model stand included for display.
Second frame is dedicated to parts for Molch submarine. This is one of the latest submarines from ICM, and overall quality looks great. Yes, stand is included here as well.
Clear frame is packed into a separate plastic bag. Here you will find all necessary parts for the second sub. Of course, there are no masks for those parts in the box.
Decals sheets are not that big, but assembled models won't be huge either. Assembly manual are quite typical for ICM and I show all pages in the video-review.
New combo-set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting option for modelers who would like to assemble their own U-Boats in 1/72 scale. Moreover, quality looks fine out of the box, so you just need to come up with some weathering ideas in order to make the appearance even more interesting. Now let's see what will be the next naval release from ICM. :)
