ICM 1/35 Model T Runabout (35831)

This article will tell you more about ICM 1/35 Model T Runabout (35831). As you can guess from the name here, new release brings yet another version of the famous car. It is molded in popular scale and might be handy for some diorama ideas. Finished result will be only 99mm long, so won't take a lot of space. Packaging is typical for this brand, and there are 96 parts inside. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.

First frame is one of the biggest here. ICM placed some car body panels as well as roof parts here. Note that the latter should be glued out of several sections, so it will be important to get a smooth connection.

Plastic wheels are welcome in this scale. The only thing you will have to do is find some circular masks in order to get a precise paintwork.

Floor panel can be found on the last grey frame. Note that there are some premolded surface features, and those will require some careful paintwork.

Clear frame is packed separately. Molding quality looks great, but there are no masks included for those parts. Well, at least they should be easy to cover with stickers.

Decals feature several types of licence plates, so that you can decide which marking to replicate. Printing quality looks great, and you can check some of options on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New Ford should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great pick for modelers who would like to take a break from all those military topics in the same scale. Moreover, 1/35 sizing makes it easier to find some suitable figures as well as other accessories. Overall kit quality looks great straight out of the box, so you just need to decide which color to paint on your car. :)
