Miniart 1/72 StuH 42 Ausf.G Early Prod. (72114)

This review is dedicated to Miniart 1/72 StuH 42 Ausf.G Early Prod. (72114). As you can guess, kit comes as yet another version of the German vehicle in small scale. I reviewed previous versions and even built one too. Plastic is quite good in assembly, so it should be interesting to see what is new here. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, and all parts come sealed in one plastic bag. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with Alkett version of this vehicle.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.

First frame is one of the biggest, and you will find some of the superstructure panels there as well as parts for the main gun. Side skirts come on the separate frame.

Plastic tracks should take some time to get together, but final result will be worth it. Here you can also see small main barrel on the separate frame.

Roadwheels and drive sprockets come on the next frame. Note that rubber sections also have nice premolded details.

Lower hull sections should be glued out of separate panels. Suspension arms are premolded, and you won't have to worry about alignment.

Last frame carries mix of various parts. Don't forget that we are dealing with 1/72 scale kit, so you will have to be careful with some of those.

PE fret is packed into separate envelope. It will come handy for some fine features on your model.

Clear frame looks nice, but there are no masks for clear parts. Decals are printed in Cartograf, printing quality looks nice, and you can see all markings on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. You can check all pages in the video-review.

New small kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting choice for modelers who would like to build this vehicle but don't have space for bigger scale. Moreover, it is easier to go for diorama with such size too. Overall details look great out of the box, and I think Miniart did a great job here. The only thing required from you is a bit patience and to decide on which marking you would like to copy. :)
