Miniart 1/35 US Tank Repair Crew (35461)

Today I am going to tell you more about Miniart 1/35 US Tank Repair Crew (35461). New set comes as handy addition for your diorama project. It is molded in popular scale, and boxart hints that you can use it with Stuart tank model. Some might remember that initial release actually packed full interior, so the engine from this box won't be necessary. Overall packaging is typical for the brand, and all frames are sealed into one bag. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.

First frame is dedicated to engine parts. Those might be handy with a kit which doesn't have a powerplant included out of the box.

Another sprue is also for the engine compartment. Some parts are quite tiny even in 1/35 scale, so be sure not to lose them.

Figures are molded on two separate frames. Overall design is typical for this scale, but there are no guiding elements which should help you with alignment.

New combo-set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a nice choice for modelers who would like to make a simple diorama project. In one box you will get all necessary items, and assembly should be easy too. The only thing that you might consider is which kit will be "paired" to this release. Keep in mind that some of Miniart's Stuarts already have engine in the package. This might give a good chance to display engine on a stand nearby. :D
