ICM 1/48 Bronco NOGS (48306)

This review will tell you more about ICM 1/48 Bronco NOGS (48306). New version brings yet another type of the famous aircraft in popular scale. I reviewed the previous releases, so it will be interesting to see what is included here. Overall packaging is typical, and all frames come in one plastic bag. There are 233 parts which should assemble into a model with 255mm wingspan. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with the previous version in the same scale.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.

First we start with engine gondolas and tailwing. Both feature generous external details, just like on the real aircraft.

Inside you will find guiding elements which will help you with overall alignment.

Cockpit floor is molded on the next frame. It might look simple, but this will change with help of separately molded parts.

This sprue comes in two. ICM placed here landing gear wheels and some other parts, for example, wing mechanization.

Fuselage should be glued out of several panels, but whole design should look nicely in the finished state. Note that nose section is premolded here.

Inside you will find some modest cockpit features which should be enhanced with separate parts.

Wing parts division is typical for such thing, so you won't see something unusual here.

Kit features two clear plastic sprues. Each one is packed into separate plastic bag.

Large canopy sections look nice, and there is a masking template included in the kit. Keep in mind that ICM suggests canopy assembly only in closed position.

Decals sheet is not that big, but you will find all necessary symbols for several options. Printing quality looks fine. You can see all markings on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. You can check all pages in the video-review.

In the end it is worth clarifying that NOGS stands for "Night Observation Gunship", and today's version nicely catches all important features. Machine gun turret and unguided rockets should look good on the finished project, and that's something different from typical Bronco. Overall design stays in a reasonable borders and should be fun to work with. Moreover, I like how all the necessary things are included in the standard package, so you won't have to buy anything separately.
