Miniart 1/35 Artillery Tractor T-60(r) with Crew and PaK40 7.5cm Gun (35395)

This time we are going to check Miniart 1/35 Artillery Tractor T-60(r) with Crew and PaK40 7.5cm Gun (35395). Under such a long name you will find several kits packed into one box. Combo-set might be handy for a diorama project in a popular scale. Moreover, original "solo" releases looked good, so I guess there is nothing to worry about in terms of quality. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, everything is sealed into one plastic bag. Kit doesn't feature "Interior Kit" logo, so it might be a bit quicker to build. Let's open it and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with STUG from the same brand.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.

Let's start from figures. Those guys come on two interconnected frames. Overall design is typical for this scale and should be easy to work with.

Next we see tank parts. Those are large side panels for the hull. Parts are detailed inside as well, but keep in mind that this is not an interior kit.

Whole hull should be glued out of separate panels, so I don't think it will be a difficult task to do. Yes, ammo boxes are also included into standard package.

Assembled model won't take a lot of space, but parts count is still impressive. In some cases you will have to work with tweezers.

Yes, tracks should be assembled out of separate links. Those parts are really tiny and there is no assembly jig in the box.

Machine gun will be handy only for one of the markings. Nevertheless, the item itself looks detailed and would benefit from nice paintwork.

Idlers and roadwheels come on the separate frame. Molding quality looks great, but you will have to carefully paint rubber sections.

Top fuselage panel is designed as single piece with separate hatches. Premolded details look nice on it.

Lower hull section should be packed with feature, and it is very good opportunity to play with weathering.

Yes, those are interior parts and you will have to use them. The point is that there is no turret on the vehicle, so that's why it is necessary to have something inside.

Be careful with thin parts, as those are easy to break during installation.

Miniart even included engine parts here. Of course, you can add more details with help of metal wire.

PaK 40 is also a very detailed kit. Parts count is quite impressive, and you can choose between two positions.

Wheel tires are supplied separately, what should make painting process a bit easier.

In my opinion it would make sense to replicate gun in transport position, but maybe you will come up with diorama idea for battle position. :)

PE fret is not that big but carries a lot of useful things for fine details on T-60. On the photo below you can see two markings for the combo.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

This combo-set should be already available for purchase. First of all I have to note that it is quite surprising to see interior parts included, but considering the absence of turret it is a must-have. Miniart decided no to cut corners here, and that's why we have a lot of things in the box. Both models should be nicely detailed, so you just need to come up with some diorama base for the whole build. Keep in mind that kit is full of small parts, so assembly will require some skills from you.
