Arma Hobby 1/72 Curtiss P-36C (70082)
Today I will tell you more about Arma Hobby 1/72 Curtiss P-36C (70082). Aircraft release comes as yet another version of the famous aircraft in small scale. I reviewed some of the previous sets from the same brand, so it will be interesting to see what is new here. Overall packaging is typical for the brand, and all frames come in one plastic bag. Note that kit features also some handy bonuses for your project too. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another Curtiss kit in the same scale.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.
First frame carries mix of parts. The most notable here are the tail surfaces as well as cowling panels. Engine should be nicely detailed too, so it might be worth to spend some time on paintwork and weathering.
Wing and fuselage can be found on the next frame. Both should be assembled out of two halves. External features look great for this scale.
Inside you will find some of the cockpit features as well as guiding pins. Those would come handy for a more precise joint between parts.
3D parts include special covers for the wings. Parts look neat, but might benefit from additional sanding on top.
Clear parts are packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great, and you can open the cockpit with help of those.
Pre-cut masks would be useful for a fine paintwork on the model. Note that those cover not only transparent areas, but also wheels.
Decals sheet is not that big, but you will get all necessary symbols for three markings. It is printed in Cartograf, so you don't have to worry about possible quality issues.
Assembly manual is typical for Arma Hobby. I show all pages in the video-review.
New kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great offering in small scale, but you will need some sharp eyesight with some parts. This is not a surprising thing, and you just should be ready for that. Overall quality looks great out of the box, manufacturer supplies all necessary things in standard package. The only additional item I can think of is the pilot figurine, in case you would like to have even more convincing look.
