We start with contents page as usual. Here you can see that there are 12 chapter in total, and they are placed in chronological order.
As it was mentioned before, today's book is quite generous with various black-and-white shots. Those should be a valuable addition to the story and help you understand it better.
Some of them are quite rare and published here for the first time. Moreover, such photos can be useful for some diorama and build modelers in case you want to build your own project.
Whole layout of the book is easy to read, so I don't think it will be a problem for you. moreover, I like how text is balanced with photos and gives you mix of those on pages.
New book should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a must-have for all history and military fans. Not only you will get insight from commander's eyes, but also get to see a lot of interesting photos in the book. Once again, I like how authors moved from boring text-only format, but also avoided "gallery on the pages" feel. Whole layout feels balanced and will be equally interesting both to history readers as well as modelers who is searching for the next inspiration.
