Miniart 1/35 3t Cargo Truck L701 (38082)

This article will tell you more about Miniart 1/35 3t Cargo Truck L701 (38082). As you can guess, it continues line of nice kits in the popular scale. Previous truck versions were quite nice out of the box, so it will be interesting to see what is offered here. Boxart hints that there will be mostly civil markings in bright colors. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, and all parts come sealed in a plastic bag. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another truck in the same scale.

First frame is one of the biggest in the kit. Whole boxy cab should be easy to build and there are guiding elements which will help you. Of course, both doors are molded separately.

Another nice design idea - plastic tires which should be glued out of several sections. This is simple yet effective approach which gives your truck a better appearance.

Small parts is something you won't be able to avoid if you would like to have nice features. Well, at least they are made out of plastic. :)

Miniart is also quite generous in terms of internal features. Suspension, gearbox and engine - all of this is included in the standard package.

Bonnet panels come as one-piece, but assembly manual will also show you an option to open the engine on the truck. Main frame bars are molded together with leaf springs.

All fine features look great and deserve a careful paintwork. Note how nice is dashboard here.

Rear section is assembled out of separate panels too, but you can open one of them if you want to. Each panel comes with smooth surface without any wooden texture.

Wheel rims are molded separately, what should make painting process easier. Wheel axles look nice and there are guiding elements inside.

It is also nice that Miniart supplies some elements as one-piece parts and you won't have to worry about alignment. Be careful with thin frame, which might require careful trimming.

Engine parts are surprisingly detailed out of the box too. The only thing that you can think of adding here is the wiring, and maybe also brake lines on the chassis.

Kit features two types of the radiator grille, both are with the throughout cuts. You can also add horseshoe as PE part here.

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great out of the box, and all those parts are clear as real glass. Note that there are no masks included in the kit.

Small PE fret comes in the same bag. Unpainted parts will come in handy for external and internal features on your truck model.

Decals sheet is printed by Cartograf, so printing quality looks great. Miniart supplies several marking options, and you can see them on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New truck should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it stays on the same level as the previous versions. Out of the box you are getting a lot of things which other brands try to sell separately. I think with some careful assembly you should be able to get a nice result. Moreover, it can be a good idea to add some figurines and items in the back, and also diorama base. All this should work nicely with several assembly options and good attention to small details.
