In this review I will tell you more about Lifelike Decals 1/48 A6M Zero Fighters Part 2 (48-062). Today's set continues line of sets which might be useful for your aircraft build. Note that this release will be handy with kits from Hasegawa, Tamiya or Eduard. Overall packaging is typical for Lifelike, so you get everything in a ziplock bag. Let's open decals and take a closer look together.

First we can start with markings guide. It is nice to see this brochure printed in color. Moreover, you will find quite detailed history notes there.

Stenciling guide is universal and comes on the separate page. I also recommend to check bibliography list as you will find some interesting books to read.

Lifelike Decals also includes reference palette, so that you can understand whether you got the right color on your model. Small black templates should be handy for several markings too.

Hinomaru symbols come on the separate decals sheet. Overall color shade is right and as you can notice, there are different sizes provided.

Second sheet carries main symbols. Printing quality looks great, but some of those stripes can be replicated with masks if you would like to. Of course, everything is printed by Microscale industries, and you can see that even the tiniest decals look great.

Today's set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for modelers who don't want out-of-the-box marking option on their model. Moreover, quality looks great straight out of the package, so you just need to carefully apply those on your build. I recommend to hurry if you want to get one, as those sets are released in limited amount. :)
