In this review I am going to tell you more about Miniart 1/35 Sd.Kfz.234/2 with Luchs Turret Interior Kit (35416). New version comes as a quite unusual mix of several vehicles in one. You can see the final result on the boxart, and now it is possible to copy such vehicle in popular scale. Moreover, it comes with full interior, what might be handy for some build ideas. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, and all parts come sealed in a bag. Let's open them and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with US counterpart in the same scale.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.
On the first frame you will see some of the internal parts as well several versions of the spare wheel. Smaller frame type is dedicated to jerry cans which will be placed on the vehicle.
Top section of the hull comes on its own frame. Of course, you will have to add more panels which are molded separately.
There is a lot of equipment to install inside. As you can notice, Miniart didn't skip on features, so it might be worth properly painting those stations.
Each "main" wheel should be glued out of two halves. Suspension parts are provided on several parts, and it will be a repetitive assembly step.
With interior it is also important to properly plan the painting steps as some of those items will be difficult to reach later.
Armor panels come with separate hatches, so you can open those if needed. Of course, parts are detailed from both sides.
The same can be said about lower hull section. It is interesting that floor panel has plenty of premolded features from both sides.
Engine bay should look great, and Miniart even provides some additional instructions for wiring. It is definitely worth opening some hatches to show what is inside.
New turret parts come on the last grey plastic sprue. Overall design is on par with "standard" kit, so you can expect nice details inside and outside.
All hatches are separate, what might be useful for figures placement. There are also several main barrel options offered.
Clear frame is packed into a separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great, but there are no masks provided in the box.
Separate envelope carries PE fret with various parts. This is a typical Miniart bonus which will be useful for fine features on your model.
Decals sheet is not that big, but has all necessary symbols for several marking options. You can see them both on the photo below.
Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.
New vehicle should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting choice for modelers who would like to copy unusual version with plenty of features out of the box. Yes, interior kit is more for advanced modelers, but final result should be worth it. Moreover, it looks like we get all necessary things in the standard package, so the only thing you might get additionally is the metal barrel for the turret.
