ICM 1/35 Kozak-001 (35015)

Here I am going to tell you more about ICM 1/35 Kozak-001 (35015). As one can guess, new release copies initial version of Ukrainian armored car. It still comes in popular scale and features a lot of useful things out of the box. Packaging is typical for this brand, so all frames come in one plastic bag. There are 432 parts which should assemble into a model with 207mm length. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.

First frame is dedicated to hull panels. Here you can also see the large floor panel which will be installed inside.

Instrument panel looks good, and it might be worth searching for reference photos in order to get a nice result.

Next we see separate doors as well as bonnet and even chassis bar. Attachment points are quite thin, so it won't be difficult to separate those parts.

Doors interior features look great, but note that some roof hatches are premolded and you won't be able to open them.

Rear doors can be opened, and such feature might be handy for some diorama ideas. Machine gun looks great out of the box.

Kit features nice interior, so it might be worth opening at least some of the doors in order to show what is inside.

There is no engine included, but at least suspension would look great out of the box.

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great, but there are no masks included.

Vinyl tires are okay for standard build. It would be interesting if we would see aftermarket for this kit.

PE fret comes in as a nice surprise which will add fine features to your build.

Decals are printed in nice quality. Here you will get all necessary symbols for several markings which are shown below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New Kozak should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for modelers who would like to build some modern vehicle in popular scale. Moreover, full interior and separate doors give more opportunities for various diorama ideas. Overall quality looks great, so it is just a matter of picking the marking you would like to copy. :)
