Eduard 1/48 Z-326/C-305 Trener Master Profipack (82183)

This time we have a chance to talk about Eduard 1/48 Z-326/C-305 Trener Master Profipack (82183). Kit comes as yet another version of the well-known Czech trainer aircraft in popular scale. Moreover, in this box we will get PE and masks, which might come handy for better-looking result. I guess aircraft doesn't need an extra introduction, and it is easy to recognize this shape. Packaging is typical for Eduard, sprues are separated into several bags. Let's open them and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with Limited Edition in the same scale.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.

On the first sprue you will find some cockpit parts as well as cowling panels. Note that there is no engine included, so cowling will be empty inside. Some modelers will be happy to hear this as they won't have to think on how to expose the powerplant.

Next we see more parts for tail surfaces and landing gear. Don't let the 1/48 scale fool you - some elements are really small and require tweezers for proper installation.

Fuselages halves come on the same frame with wing halves. Overall design is typical and inside you will find guiding elements. External features look good and include recessed panel lines with riveting.

Last grey plastic sprue is dedicated to various types of instrument panels and propellers. Be sure to pick the right one for your marking option. :)

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great and you can copy open canopy on your model. Pre-cut masks can be seen on the photo below.

It is interesting to note that masks will be used not only for clear parts, but also for some markings' elements. PE fret is prepainted and should be useful for internal and external features.

Large decals sheet is printed in Eduard, so you shouldn't be worried about any quality issues. Note that there is also segmentation which is useful for getting the right symbols.

All of the marking options can be seen on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting aircraft to build, especially for those who are tired from common topics. Profipack ensures that you will get all necessary things in one box. Moreover, I like the quality of modern releases from Eduard as they offer a lot for the standard build. The only question to you is whether this featureset will be enough. Well, if not, then you can also get some of the original Brassins for even more impressive result. :)
Get this and other kits on Eduard official website.
