This review is dedicated to Zvezda 1/100 T-70B (6290). Tiny tank comes as yet another small scale release from the famous brand. As usual, it is designed as snap fit model, so beginners and young modelers might have fun too. Soviet light tank doesn't need an extra introduction and while we have seen it in bigger scale releases, this is the first time it comes in such small size. Overall packaging is typical, all frames come sealed in a plastic bag. There are 16 parts which should assemble into a 4.1cm tank model. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with new Yak-40.

Watch this video where I show all parts even closer.
First frame comes with hull panels. Of course, all hatches are premolded, so you won't be able to open them. Nevertheless, premolded features look nice for this size.
Second frame is occupied with remaining parts. It is nice to see wheels molded together with tracks, as such design will be easier to work with.
Assembled model is shown on the rear side of the box, but it is unpainted on the photos. Assembly manual is printed in black-and-white.
New tank model should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a decent model for its size. There are many things copied out of the box. Moreover, it might be a great build for any modeler, doesn't matter how experienced he will be. Remember that this tank can be also used in table games, some people assemble kit without painting and use it. In both cases it is a nice model for a small price. I would recommend it as tiny weekend project for those who like such small builds. :)
