Arma Hobby 1/72 P-51B Mustang (70041)

This article will tell you more about Arma Hobby 1/72 P-51B Mustang (70041). Kit continues lineup of American aircraft in small scale. In the nice box we will get new parts for the "B" version of the famous fighter. I have to note that boxart here as it looks rather impressive. Whole packaging is typical for this brand, so all components come in one bag. Let's open it and take a closer look together.

We are going to start with the first frame which carries the biggest parts. Here you will find wing panels and fuselage halves. Note that tailwings are given in two versions.

Both halves are molded without tail fin, which is also supplied in two versions. External features include recessed panel lines and rivets.

Inside you will find premolded interior features and guiding elements. Overall it looks rather impressive for this scale.

Second frame comes with all the minor things which will have to be installed on your model. Again, we get here a choice between some parts, so it might come handy for your build.

Canopy parts are molded in nice quality and you should be able to copy the open cockpit. Note that masks sheet is also part of standard package.

Decals sheet is printed in Techmod, so you don't have to worry about printing quality. There is also a segmentation which should make it easier to get the necessary decals. All markings can be seen on the photo below, but there are several bonus camouflages which I show in the video.

New kit comes as another nice offering from the famous Polish manufacturer. In my opinion it looks as good as previous releases and shows what can be achieved with help of modern technologies. I like how Arma Hobby manages to get a lot of features in this scale. It is also safe to say that some bigger models offer less out of the box. In my opinion it is a perfect choice for those who would like to get a nice small copy of the famous Mustang. Moreover, you can get some aftermarket for even more impressive look.
