Meng 1/35 M3A3 Bradley with BUSK III (SS-006)

This review is dedicated to Meng 1/35 M3A3 Bradley with BUSK III (SS-006). Kit might be familiar to some of you as it is not exactly new. Nevertheless, this kit is still one of the best on the market, so it is worth to return back to one of our earlier reviews and finally publish it. Let's open this large box and take a closer look at parts.
By the way, here you can read review with Grant kit in the same scale.

We are going to start with hull parts first. These come as large elements which should be connected together.

Even though we are dealing with interior-less version, parts count is still impressive here. Note that external armor comes separately.

Main barrel is molded out of plastic, but I am sure that there will be some suitable aftermarket replacement for it.

Some of the external modules should be built out of separate panels, so be ready to carefully follow the instructions.

Turret is also highly detailed, and you will have plenty of things to work on.

All hatches are molded separately, this feature might come handy for some diorama ideas. Maybe some figures can be placed directly there.

Amount of frames hints on future versions as some parts can be easily replaced by changing one of the sprues.

Rear doors can be opened, but there is nothing to be shown inside. Full interior should be bought separately.

Side armor panels come as single-piece parts. Such elements should be easier to work with and install in the right position.

Of course, such design would also speed up assembly process.

Drivetrain might be a bit tedious to assemble, so be ready for this process. Nevertheless, it is good to see all features copied here.

This picture might make some modelers scream uncontrollably, but it is actually a nice thing to see. Yes, separate track links won't be a quick thing to assemble, so be ready to spend some time with them.

Clear parts are also wrapped into additional film. Molding quality looks great, masks are not included.

Yes, kit also features some metal parts. Small vinyl piece will be needed for the main barrel.

Another nice thing - two unpainted PE frets. Note also special painting template for the roadwheels. Decals sheet looks fine and should be easy to apply. Assembly manual is typical for this brand, and you can check pages in the video.

Today's kit is available for some time, but it is still quite an interesting model to build. Moreover, it might be a good project for those who would like to work on something a bit more complex. Don't forget that you can also purchase a separate interior set which would make whole model even more realistic. The only thing that would be needed, maybe some figures and diorama base for a nice final look.
THANK YOU FOR DONATIONS WHICH MADE THIS REVIEW POSSIBLE
