Miniart 1/35 Railway Non-Brake Flatbed 16,5t (39004)

Today we are going to talk about Miniart 1/35 Railway Non-Brake Flatbed 16,5t (39004). This is a new set in railway series which might be handy for interesting diorama in popular scale. As you can guess, such type was used for vehicles transportation, so now you get a chance to build it in the scale. Packaging is typical here, all the parts are packed into the same plastic bag. Box is quite heavy, so let's open it and take a closer look together.

First sprue is dedicated to large floor panels and frame bars. Molding quality seems to be fine, so you just have to combine these together.

Next we see some minor elements which will be installed from both sides. Small parts will require due care, so pay attention while getting them into the right place.

Roadwheels and leaf springs are molded as single-piece parts what should make installation easier.

Yes, kit also features rail parts, those will be handy for displaying your model at least on short track length.

Decals sheet is printed in Decograph and looks surprisingly big for such kit. Frankly speaking, I was expecting less symbols. You can see all markings on the photo below. Kit also features small PE fret which should come handy for fine detailing.

Today's kit comes as nice addition to railway lineup from the famous model manufacturer. Moreover, it is molded in 1/35 scale, so you can add some figures and vehicles here. Overall quality looks fine, and the only thing required is the careful assembly. It is nice to see railway line growing, but I still wonder if we will get locomotive in the same scale. It sounds like a great thing to put in front of all wagons, right? :)
