Miniart 1/35 PAK 40 Mid.Prod. with Field Artillery Crew (53010)

Today's article will tell you more about Miniart 1/35 PAK 40 Mid.Prod. with Field Artillery Crew (53010). As you can guess from the boxart and also from the name, one set combines several kits together. You will get soldier figurines with anti-tank gun, and it can be a good start for diorama project. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, so all frames are sealed into one plastic bag. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another PAK 40 combo in a bit more sophisticated way.

I like that main barrel is molded separately. Some of you noted that it is done in order to accommodate the right length of the part. Yes, all elements on the large frame will be used for PAK 40, so be sure to carefully follow the instructions.

Equipment can be found on the next sprue. It is easy to guess that all those items won't be used at once, and some might be handy for the future builds.

Figurines are molded on the separate small frames. Overall design is typical for this scale and should be familiar to modelers.

Keep in mind that there are no guiding elements for those guys, and you will have to carefully join everything together.

Ammo and more tools come on the next small sprues. The overall choice of additional items is really impressive here, so it might be worth searching for good references.

Empty shells are also included, and this is good as your build won't look too artificial.

Roadwheels are also looking fine. Attachment points are thin and should be easy to handle.

Molding quality looks clean as well.

Last big frame is also dedicated to PAK 40. There are a lot of thin and small parts, be careful with those and use a good plastic saw for separation.

Unpainted PE fret should be handy for some fine features on the gun. Decals are printed in Cartograf, so you don't have to worry about quality issues. All four markings can be seen on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New combo-set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it looks great straight out of the box. Just build a good diorama base and you are set. Moreover, it is cool that Miniart included a lot of extras, and you can choose what to use in your version. This can be easily considered as a good alternative build options, and also some useful items for your future ideas too. :)
