Miniart 1/35 Kfz.1 Type 170VK with Canvas (53003)

This review will tell you more about Miniart 1/35 Kfz.1 Type 170VK with Canvas (53003). New release comes as yet another version of the car kit series from the famous brand. It is molded in popular scale and offers a lot of features out of the box. Moreover, the quality of the previous ones was quite impressive, so it will be interesting to see what is new here. Overall packaging is typical for the brand, and all parts are sealed into one plastic bag. There is plenty of space in the box, so nothing should be damaged. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.

First frames might be familiar to some of you as they could be found in the previous releases as well. Here you will find one-piece chassis as well as floor panel and even separate bonnet panels.

Canvas top should be glued out of four parts. Surface features look great here, so you just need to carefully join them together.

Vehicle side panels can be found on the next frame. As you remember, all doors are molded separately, what might be handy for some build ideas.

Engine comes in the standard package, and can be shown on the finished model. Overall molding quality looks great, and I didn't find any issues.

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks fine, just remember that there are no masks included in the box.

Unpainted PE fret is also a part of the standard package. Those side window frames will have to be used with the new roof version.

Decals sheet is not that big, but you will find all necessary symbols for several markings. Printing quality is great as it was made in Cartograf. All options can be seen on the photo below.

New car model should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it continues a nice line of the vehicles from the famous brand. Overall quality looks great, and for some modelers it should be enough in terms of the features and details packed in the standard build. I like that even PE is here, and you can just find some suitable figures and have a good project. Now let's see which version will be next. :)
