ICM 1/35 Festive Dinner on the Front Line (DS3532)

This time we will tell you more about ICM 1/35 Festive Dinner on the Front Line (DS3532). As you can guess from boxart there is a truck G7117 and figurines of patrol and cooks with cooking equipment. We reviewed some of those as separate releases, but now it will be interesting to see how they are combined together today. In total there are 551 parts for the truck, and 59+35 figures for figures. All those items are packed into several bags. Let's open it and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another version of the truck.

We are going to start with cooking equipment which will be placed in the rear side of the box. Assembly should be easy as there are guiding elements which should help with alignment.

Those framings will be used for the rear side of the truck. Some modelers might combine it with their own tarpauline or leave the rear open.

Subframe should be assembled out of several bars. Note that floor panel doesn't have wooden texture, but it should be easy to copy with proper color shades.

Roadwheels are molded in plastic and such a thing will be easier to work with. Yes, some professional modelers will prefer resin-made aftermarket, but it will cost you extra money.

Rear cover is included here as well, but in separate sections, so take your time to get a bit more convincing result.

1/35 scale doesn't mean that you will be able to avoid minor elements, so be ready to work with. Molding quality looks great on those.

Front cab should be glued out of separate panels. Here you can also see wheel axles and separate doors with bonnet.

Figures come on the last two grey frames. Overall parts division is typical for this scale, and there are no guiding elements, so you will have to be careful with those.

All poses are pre-defined, but those guys will be handy for a convincing diorama build.

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great and the only thing you will need is the masks.

Decals sheet is not that huge, but you will find all necessary symbols for several markings. Printing quality looks great. You can see profiles on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for ICM, and I show all pages in the video-review.

New kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for modelers who would like to get everything needed for diorama build. Yes, in some cases it might require some experience in order to get a bit more convincing result, but it should be worth it. Moreover, the truck offers plenty of chances to upgrade in some areas.
