ICM 1/35 Confession Before FIght (35585)

Today I will tell you more about ICM 1/35 Confession Before FIght (35585). As you can guess by looking at the boxart, kit combines several sets in one box. Such a thing might be useful for some diorama ideas and you don't have to search for figurines and vehicle separately. I reviewed both sets when they were released as separate kits, but now it is interesting to see if the contents is the same here as well. Overall packaging is typical for the brand, and sprues come in several bags. There are 286 parts for G7117 truck and 33 parts for five figurines in the same scale. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another interesting truck kit.

On the first sprue we see various furniture and equipment which should be placed inside the truck. Assembly won't take a lot of time, but paintwork will for sure.

Note that truck features all the same parts as the solo releases. It means that you can expect a nicely detailed suspension and engine on your model.

Front cab should be glued out of separate panels. Doors are separate, what can be handy for some diorama ideas.

Rear section should be also assembled out of several panels, but here they are bigger. Again we get separate door which can help modeler expose the interior inside.

Overall details look nice and there are guiding elements which should assist you with alignment of the parts.

Note also premolded features on the walls of this section.

Large chassis bars on this sprue look impressive and should be easy to work with. Some of the parts won't be used in today's version, so pay attention to the assembly manual.

For example, this tarpauline won't be needed for sure on your truck.

Figurines are molded on the separate frame. Overall quality looks great, and is typical for ICM and this scale.

Plastic wheels is a nice thing to have in 1/35 scale kit. Such parts should be easier to paint and weather.

Clear frame is packed in separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great, but there are no masks included, so you will have to do everything by your own.

It should be a quick process, but might take some time for beginners.

Decals sheet is not that big, and you will find all necessary symbols there. Printing quality looks fine. Small marking profile can be seen on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand, and you can check all pages in the video-review.

Today's set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a good choice for modelers who would like to build a diorama, but avoid military vehicles at the same time. Overall quality looks great out of the box, so you just need to carefully paint everything and find a display base. There might be also few spots where you can scratchbuild additional items, but this will depend on your experience of course.
