IBG Models 1/72 90mm Italian AA Gun (72159)

This time I am going to tell you more about IBG Models 1/72 90mm Italian AA Gun (72159). As the name suggests, small box will bring us all necessary parts for assembly of gun in small scale. This might be a bit tricky to build, but it is also useful for some kind of diorama with aircraft. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, so all frames come in several bags. Let's open the box together and check all parts closer.
By the way, here you can read review with another interesting kit from the same brand.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.

Parts count is surprisingly big for such object, and here you can see two first frames with large parts. Main plates look fine and should be easy to separate off the frame.

Roadwheels are also nicely molded and look fine for standard build. Note that wheels can be assembled in transport or combat position.

Main barrel is plastic, but comes as one-piece element. Kit is full of tiny parts, so be ready to work with them with help of tweezers. :)

Decals are printed in Techmod, and there are only three dials to apply. Small PE fret will be useful for one part. Two markings can be seen on the photo below. Yes, white stripes will have to be painted.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it looks great out of the box, but this is definitely not a good choice for beginners. Big amount of small parts will definitely require steady hands during assembly. Moreover, I was surprised that boxart shows some soldiers, but there are none to be found in the box. Who knows, maybe IBG will release the separate set with such gun team. :)
