Miniart 1/48 Field Workshop (49012)

This time we are going to check Miniart 1/48 Field Workshop (49012). New set comes as yet another useful combo-kit from the well-known Ukrainian brand. Note the scale of this release, because there are not that many accessory sets in given size. Packaging is typical for this brand, so let's open it and take a closer look together.

First frame is dedicated to various tools. Note that each has few attachment points for easier separation.

Oxygen bottles should be glued out of two halves. It will be important to get a smooth connection between those two.

Fuel drums might look familiar to some of you because we reviewed the separate set not long time ago.

Furniture includes table and chair. Both might be fun to play with weathering.

Last frame brings us the famous toolbox in 1/48 scale. All tools for it are made out of PE and can be seen on the photo below.

Unpainted PE frets will come handy for fine features in your build. Marking guide can be found on the rear side of the box.

Assembly manual is printed on separate paper. I show it closer in the video-review.

Today's kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for diorama build. Moreover, it is nice to see Miniart producting some add-ons which might come handy in 1/48 scale. Not that many brands are focused on this type of scale, so it is great to get something new.
