Today we are going to take a look at IBG Models 1/72 Chevrolet C60L Ambulance (72115). New truck model comes in small scale and might be handy for some diorama ideas. Straightaway it is important to mention that there are no figurines included, even though they are depicted on the boxart. This kit still can surprise you with attention to small details and features. Overall packaging is typical for this brand, so all frames come in separate bags. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.

First frame is dedicated to mix of various parts. Here you will find separate panels for the front cab as well as some parts for the suspension on your truck.

Rear section should be glued out of several panels. Note that rear doors are separate, so you can open them on your model.

Next we see chassis frame as one-piece part as well as some of the interior parts. Such design should make it easier to assemble everything together.

There are many parts of the same type, so pay attention to the manual in order to use the right version. Plastic wheels are definitely good for such type of the model.

In the video-review I was surprised that there are no clear parts. Well, IBG Models decided to choose slightly different way and pick the clear film for all windows.

Another nice bonus is the unpainted PE fret which will add some fine features to your model.

Decals are printed in Techmod, so overall quality looks nice. Yes, there are only red crosses, and you can see both markings on the photo below.

New truck should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for modelers who are familiar with small scale and would like to build something with interior included. Moreover, quality of the kit looks great out of the box, so it is just a matter of careful assembly. I like the fact that IBG Models decided to include some features for the rear section, as it is not that popular feature even in bigger scale kits. PE is also a welcome thing for fine details on your model, while clear film will require some time in order to get a nice result.
