Miniart 1/35 French Civilians in Cafe (38062)

This article is dedicated to Miniart 1/35 French Civilians in Cafe (38062). As boxart suggests, we get three figurines with furniture and glassware. Those three should combine into a nice scene in popular scale. I can say that we might see other cafe "variants" in the future, but today's box brings us civilian scene. Packaging is typical, so all parts come sealed in one bag. Let's open it and take a closer look together.

Let's start with clear parts as those are quite interesting here. First of all I have to note the choice of clear plastic - such thing will allow you replicate different glass colors as well as types of beverage inside.

Figures parts division is typical for this scale, so you get one-piece torso together with separate hands, legs and heads. Sculpting looks great and should benefit from careful painting.

Yes, you will also get furniture, just like what is depicted on the boxart. Chairs and table should be assembled out of separate parts, and those might be a good candidates for some weathering.

Waiter comes on the last frame. Overall design is similar to civilians we saw on the previous sprue. Assembly manual is typical for Miniart and can be found on the rear side of the box.

New kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting choice for modelers who would like to work on civil scene instead of another military project. Moreover, there are a lot of possible build options where you can actually use this set. Even the solo build should look great, and the only thing required from you is careful assembly. Some weathering skills will come handy too. :)
