Eduard 1/48 Z-126 Trener Profipack (82181)

This article is dedicated to Eduard 1/48 Z-126 Trener Profipack (82181). As you can guess from its name, kit copies Czech two-seater aircraft in popular scale. Moreover, there will be all necessary bonuses inside the box. Previous versions were also reviewed here, but today we are going to talk about new release. Packaging is typical for this brand, sprues are separated into two bags. Let's open them and take a closer look together.

First frame is dedicated to wing and fuselage halves. Note that fuselage parts are molded without rudder and cowling. Wings have molded in flaps.

There are several types of the cowling panels, so be sure to pick the right one for your build. Cockpit parts look great and will be enhanced with help of PE parts.

Both wing sides will be fixed on large spar which you can see on this sprue. Main wheel wells should be assembled separately.

One more frame is dedicated to several versions of propeller and instrument panels. As you can guess, plain parts will be used with PE version of the panel.

Clear frame comes in the separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks great and you can open cockpit on your model. Masks sheet can be seen on the photo below.

Another masks sheet should come handy for some camouflage elements on your model.

PE fret is color-printed and carries mix of various parts. Note that some are given in several versions.

It is surprising to see only one decals sheet here. It comes from Eduard, so you don't have to worry about printing quality. There is also segmentation which should come handy during assembly. All markings are shown on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New release should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it might be an interesting project for modelers who would like to take a break from all those military models. Moreover, one box brings all necessary things together and markings choice looks great in my opinion. Of course, Eduard also offers huge choice of original accessories for more features in your build.
