Eduard 1/48 Z-126 Trener Limited Edition (11156)

Today we are going to talk about Eduard 1/48 Z-126 Trener Limited Edition (11156). This is a new Limited Edition from the famous model manufacturer. As you can notice, kit comes as Dual Combo, so there are parts for two detailed models. Moreover, box features colorful markings which should look great in the finished state. Packaging is typical for this brand, so let's open this box and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with Zero profipack from the same brand.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.

We are going to start with the first frame which carries external parts. Note that cowling should be glued out of two halves.

Next we see various control elements and another cowling version. Be sure to pick the right parts as their choice will depend on the marking you choose.

Both fuselage halves are molded together with tail fin. Note that ailerons are separate, but flaps come as molded in elements.

Last grey frame is literally filled with various types of the instrument panel. In my opinion all these spare parts will come handy for some scratchbuilding ideas.

Clear frames come in the separate plastic bag in order to avoid possible scratches. Molding quality looks great and should be easy to work with. You can see masks on the photo below.

Yes, there is another masks sheet which should come handy for certain markings to copy. PE fret is another handy bonus for this Limited Edition. Note that instrument panel is also given in several versions.

Kit features two decals sheets, both are printed in Eduard. Printing quality looks great and there is a segmentation for ease of application.

As usual, one of the sheets features stencils and cockpit decals. In my opinion it is strange to use decals instead of PE parts.

All ten markings can be seen on the photos above and below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New kit should be already available, but it is better to hurry up if you want to get one. In my opinion this is a great chance to take a break from all those military subjects and build something bright. Moreover, one box carries two models, so you will be able to copy two out of ten markings. Don't forget about wide choice of original accessories which should add more features to your model. All in all this is a nice release which would be fun to build.
