ICM 1/35 G7117 with WWII Soviet Drivers (35594)

Today's review is dedicated to ICM 1/35 G7117 with WWII Soviet Drivers (35594). Kit continues line of truck models in popular scale. I hope you remember that this is relatively new set, but we already get the third boxing. Packaging is typical for this brand. There are 285 parts for truck assembly and 13 parts for 2 figurines. They come separated into several plastic bags. Let's open them and take a closer look together.

We are going to start with truck parts. Here you can see various elements for the drivetrain.

Doors are molded separately and can be opened on your model. Overall parts division is typical for such cab, so there are no unpleasant surprises.

Main chassis should be assembled out of several bars, and I recommend to check alignment during this process.

Kit features plastic wheels and this is really great as such parts will be easier to paint and weather. Overall molding quality looks great even on the thin parts.

Rear section can be assembled either in open or closed version. It is good to have both options out of the box.

Last grey plastic sprue carries parts for two figures. Their parts division is typical, so it will be easy to work with them.

Clear frame comes in the separate plastic bag. Decals sheet looks fine, you can see all markings on the photo below.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

Today's kit looks like nice combo for modelers who would like to get more things in one box. Just add some simple base and it will turn whole project into diorama. Moreover, I don't think that assembly will be difficult, so you don't have to have amazing experience to start such build. Molding quality looks fine too, so even out of the box model should be a great-looking thing.
