Eduard 1/72 MiG-21MF Weekend (7458)

This article is dedicated to Eduard 1/72 MiG-21MF Weekend (7458). New kit comes as yet another version of the small-scale model from the famous brand. Such package should be a bit more affordable in terms of price, but inside you will still get a great model. This is the final shape of today's kit, so let's open it and take a closer look together.

We are going to start with the frame which is dedicated to fuselage halves and wing parts. Overall design should help you avoid unnecessary seams in the visible areas.

Next frame brings us armament and external equipment. This is great bonus to have out of the box.

Last grey plastic sprue carries both internal and external elements. Molding quality looks great and should be easy to work with.

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Parts look like real glass and make it possible to build open cockpit. Nevertheless, there are no masks included as we have Weekend kit here.

Kit features two decals sheets. Both are printed in Eduard. Main one carries all symbols for four marking options included here.

Second one is dedicated to various stencils. You can see all markings on the photo below.

Small MiG is considered as one of the best in its scale and today's set proves it once again. Great molding quality makes it easy to work with. Moreover, there is a huge choice of various accessories made by Eduard, so you are able to add even more features here and there. Keep in mind that standard build should look great too, so for Weekend you might need masks only. :)
