Miniart 1/35 German Tractor D8506 with Cargo Trailer (35317)

This review is dedicated to Miniart 1/35 German Tractor D8506 with Cargo Trailer (35317). As you can guess from kit's name, there are several sets in the same box. Boxart shows us several soldiers together with tractor and trailer. Such combo might be handy for a simple diorama, even if you don't want to build some base. Packaging is typical, all frames come in the same plastic bag. Let's open it and take a closer look together.

We are going to start with trailer parts. It should be easy to assemble, and you can choose whether to open the panels or keep them closed.

Here is another nice bonus - boxes which can be placed in the trailer. Molding quality looks great and should be easy to work with.

Kit features two figures, one will be placed behind the steering wheel. Parts design is standard for 1/35 soldiers, so you would get separate hands, legs and torso.

Another nice inclusion - fuel drums. These can be also placed in the trailer.

Wheels design is quite unusual here. Each wheel should be glued out of several plastic circles. Well, this is definitely better than a typical vinyl part.

Trailer wheels look simple, but still should be fine, you just need to glue two halves together. On the photo above you can see wheel fenders for the tractor.

Here is another part for the rear wheels on tractor. In my opinion such design looks cool and should be easy to work with.

Here we start with some tractor parts. These should look familiar in case you saw previous issues of the tractor.

Overall molding quality looks great, but you should be careful with thin parts. Some of these might be better off by replacing with metal wire.

Clear frame comes in the separate plastic bag. Small PE fret will be handy for some fine features. Decals are printed in Decograph. Assembly manual is shown on the photo below. You can check all pages in the video-review.

New combo-set should be already available for purchase. In one box you will get several kits which will be easy to build. Moreover, such combination will let you build great diorama. I like what Miniart offers in one box, so definitely check it out if you would like to get more for attractive price. The only thing I would like to see here - painting templates for wheels and clear parts.
