This review will tell you more about Firma49 1/24 Alfetta Front Mask (T078/24). As the name suggests, small box will bring you a useful upgrade for classic racecar in popular scale. Original Smer kit is not exactly well-detailed, and it is nice too see some upgrades finally. Overall idea is quite simple - just replace the original part with new one, and you are good to go. Packaging is standard here, so mask comes in ziplock bag. Let's open it and compare with original.

I think this photo is more than enough to see why you need today's upgrade. The difference is just hard not to see, and new part is on completely new level. This is 3D-printed item, so you should be ready to carefully remove all the supports. Other than that it should fit exactly in the same way, so you won't have to trim original plastic or do any modifications.

In my opinion today's upgrade is a must-have for all modelers who would like to build Alfetta. Original plastic shows its age, and here you have a perfect opportunity to noticeably improve the result. Quality of printing looks fine too, there are no issues whatsoever, so you just need to paint and install this part on the spot. The only question I have is why Firma49 decided not to do the cockpit and engine as well?
