There are several types supplied in the box, and they are placed on different frames. On the first one you can see classic parts division with two halves and separate fin section.

Bigger ones come on the frame Dc. Here you have to combine four separate parts together. There are guiding elements which should help with overall positioning.

Yes, decals are also included, so you will get not only stencils, but also various writings for your bombs. Printing quality is great as those come from Cartograf. Assembly manual is combined together with marking guide and printed on the rear side of the box.

New set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for modelers who need additional weapons for their aircraft build. Overall quality looks great, and price will be set at reasonable level. Moreover, it is nice to see decals included, as those will come handy for some nice touches.
