This review will tell you more about JasModel 1/32 F6F-5 Hellcat (202326). As you can guess from the main photo, here we get yet another "x-ray" kit of the aircraft from the already well-known brand. In case it looks unfamiliar to you, then just try to remember Jasmine Model. Nevertheless, the kit is molded in the biggest scale for this manufacturer, so it will be interesting to see what has changed and how complicated this Hellcat would be. Overall packaging is also a step up from the previous releases as the plastic parts are placed in the special tray and don't fly around the box. Let's open them all and check together.
By the way, here you can read review with the previous release in smaller scale.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.
I would like to start with PE frets first as those will make the biggest part of the model. On the photo above you can see the first one with some of the mechanization and cockpit elements.
Fuselage ribs come on the separate fret. There are plenty of those parts, and they will have to be in perfect alignment with each other. By the way, in the center you can see radiator mesh for the cowling.
Some parts would need bending in shape, and I recommend to have special tools for that. Those can get really tricky and it is always better to have the right mean to work with this metal thing.
Parts count for the PE elements is really impressive, so try to study carefully the manual before trying to get some parts in place. Moreover, in some cases you can think of enhancing features with some aftermarket parts.
Kit even features screws and screwdriver for the assembly of some areas.
This sprue comes in two and carries engine and landing gear parts. I would recommend replacing landing gear wheels as those would look better in resin.
Engine bay large parts come in the separate black tray. Overall molding quality looks great, and I would recommend considering painting those as such build would look even more sophisticated.
On the side of the box you will find some tips on how to work with such complex kit. Assembly manual is typical for JasModel, and I show all pages in the video-review.
New Hellcat should be already available for purchase. In my opinion this is quite an impressive kit which is definitely not for beginners. Moreover, this is not a weekend build, even in the standard out-of-the-box project form. I like how the plastic and PE are merged here, and you can add more with help of aftermarket. Some areas definitely deserve it as in big scale such inclusions will be noticeable on your build.
