This article will tell you more about Master Box 1/35 Buggy Mongoose The Ukrainian Battlefield Evacuation Version with Crew (MB35246). Somehow I missed initial versions without figurines, but this time we get a whole combo of the vehicle with crew. Such a set might be a good start for diorama build in popular scale. While the vehicle might look simple, it can be also a good chance to play with weathering and other things. Overall packaging is typical, so all frames come in one plastic bag. Let's open them all and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another modern set.

Watch this video-review if you want to see all parts even closer.
We start with the first frame which is dedicated to buggy parts. Here you will find wheel rims, some cockpit parts and even safety bars and windscreen frame.
Closer look shows that wheel rims look nice and deserve a good paintwork with some weathering.
Note that the engine is also included here, and it might be worth to spend some time getting a nice result as it would be visible on the finished model.
Next frame carries figurine parts. Those are typical for 1/35 scale, and positions are pre-defined. Nevertheless, molding quality looks great, and I don't think you will have some big issues here.
Large body panels for buggy can be found on the next sprue. Master Box used clever design, where those panels are not cut inbetween, and such a thing should help with overall look of your small buggy.
Evac version also features some additional parts for the injured soldier. Note that some of the suspension parts are premolded.
Kit comes with five vinyl tires. Those look okay for out of the box build, or you can try to replace it with some 3D-printed set which would look suitable here.
Marking guide and figures assembly manual come on the rear side of the box. Buggy assembly manual is printed as separate brochure, and you can check all pages in the video-review.
New combo-set is already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great choice for all modelers who would like to build something modern and avoid common picks. Moreover, you get figurines and vehicle in one box, so it is just only diorama base needed to get everything into one scene. Quality looks nice, just like any other release from Master Box, and I don't think there will be some issues with assembly.
