I would like to start with accessories frame first. In my opinion it is a quite cool feature of Miniart kits which allows you to have more variety in the project.

First two figures are molded on the separate frames. Overall parts division is typical for this brand, so you will find separate hands, legs and one-piece torso.

There are four tankmen in total, so other two figures come on two more frames. Note that one of them comes with periscope and should be easy to combine into one. Assembly manual is printed on the rear side of the box.

New set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a handy addition for your tank build. Moreover it doesn't have to be diorama, you can add those guys just to give a better sense of the scale. Overall quality looks fine, and it should be easy to assemble all four.
