ICM 1/35 WW2 British Army Mobile Chapel (35586)

This article is dedicated to ICM 1/35 WW2 British Army Mobile Chapel (38586). New set offers an interesting chance to build unusual version of the vehicle in popular scale. We reviewed the truck itself in previous versions, but mobile chapel is something new and different. Packaging is typical for the brand, so all parts come in resealable plastic bag. There are 286 parts which should assemble into a model with 167mm length. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with another ICM kit in the same scale.

Watch this video where I show all parts closer.

First frame is dedicated to mix of various parts. Here you will find chassis bars as well as rear bed panels which have guiding elements on them.

It is nice to see plastic wheels here. Such addition should look way better in comparison with typical vinyl offering.

Model is nicely detailed in suspension area, so it might be worth adding some brake lines for even more realistic appearance.

Rear section is assembled out of separate panels. Whole idea is quite simple there, just be sure to check the fitment of the parts.

All doors are molded separately, what might be useful for some diorama ideas.

Yes, engine is also included. Bonnet is molded separately, so this combo of features might be used for some diorama ideas.

Clear frame is packed into a separate plastic bag. Overall molding quality looks great, but there are no masks included.

Decals sheet is not that big, printing quality is good. On the photo below you can see one and only marking option in this kit.

Assembly manual is typical for ICM. I show all pages in the video-review.

New kit should be already available for purchase. In my opinion this version gives a chance to build something different in terms of military project in 1/35 scale. Overall quality looks great out of the box, and you can expect a lot of features copied in plastic. Yes, some small parts might be tricky in the installation, but final result should be worth it.
