This article will tell you more about Eduard 1/48 F-104 Nozzle Brassin (648892). New set comes as useful add-on for recent Zipper Limited Edition kit. As you remember, it was based on Kinetic plastic, and now we have a handy thing to upgrade one of the most visible areas. Overall packaging is typical for Brassin, so you will get whole set in the nice small box with two layers of foam inside. Let's open it and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with F-104 Limited Edition.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.
As you might have guessed, all parts in this set are 3D-printed. We can start with the nozzle tube which is printed as single-piece part in black color.
Next we see "internals" - part of the turbine that will go inside. They look quite impressive for this scale, but require careful handling during installation.
Nozzle details also look great. This is definitely a superior part in comparison with what you get in original plastic set. Assembly manual is typical for this brand, and I show all pages in the video-review.
In my opinion today's set is a must-have for all modelers who would like to assemble F-104 from Kinetic or Eduard. It will give you a bit more refined look and the change will be noticeable on the finished build. Moreover, such upgrade doesn't require any additional work and it is a direct install on the original plastic parts. In my opinion this is also quite an important thing to remember.
