CMK 1/48 Zetor 25 (8062)

This review is dedicated to CMK 1/48 Zetor 25 (8062). Tractor might be familiar to some of you as Czech manufacturer released it in smaller scale. Well, now we get a better chance to work on the model in popular dimensions. 1/48 scale will be handy for some diorama project, and it also makes it possible to have even more features. Note that CMK decided to start with agricultural version of this tractor. Packaging is typical here, so all parts come in several ziplock bags. Let's open them and take a closer look together.

First you can see roadwheels and wheel fenders. Front and rear pair looks great and should be easy to paint and weather.

Here you will find various minor elements as well as exhaust, steering wheel and gearbox. Overall quality looks great in my opinion.

Note that bonnet is casted separately from radiator grille. This will require careful fitment in order to avoid any gaps. Driver seat comes together with the stand what should make it easier to fit this part.

Clear parts come on the separate base, here we will get two headlights. Of course, this release also offers unpainted PE fret for some fine features. Note also decals which look good. Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is a great thing to work on, especially if you would like to build some interesting project with other vehicles. Even solo build should look impressive and there is plenty of space to play with painting and weathering techniques. The only thing that might come handy is the driver figurine. Who knows, maybe CMK will release it in upcoming months. :)
