Brengun 1/144 BRDM-2 (BRS144061)

This review is dedicated to Brengun 1/144 BRDM-2 (BRS144061). New kit comes as yet another great small scale release from the famous Czech manufacturer. It is still a resin set with some PE added. Scale choice might look add, but it can actually come handy for small diorama project or maybe forced perspective setup. Packaging is typical for this brand, and you can see finished model as the boxart. Let's open the box and check everything together.

Here you can see all the parts which will be needed for the assembly of your vehicle. Casting quality looks great and separate wheels will come handy during painting process.

External features of the main hull look great as well. Of course, all hatches are molded shut and you won't be able to move them. Note that attachment is done via rear section.

All rear details will be copied with help of PE parts. I would recommend to use tweezers for easier application on the model. Decals look fine and have full number registry. Assembly manual is typical for this brand.

Tiny BRDM might look funny, but kit offers really surprising amount of details. Out of the box you will get resin with PE which should combine into a great project. Moreover, there are some fine features copied which sometimes are missed in bigger scale models. Overall quality looks fine to me, just be sure to have tweezers and maybe magnifying glass for easier assembly. :)
