ICM 1/35 BM-13-16 on G7107 Chassis with Soviet Crew (35596)

This review is dedicated to ICM 1/35 BM-13-16 on G7107 Chassis with Soviet Crew (35596). As you can guess, one box packs several kits in the same scale. Such combo might come handy for a diorama project. Both sets are relatively fresh and can be bought separately, but here you get them for a bit more attractive price. Packaging is typical for this brand. There are 326+46 parts which should assemble into truck with 190mm length. Let's open it and take a closer look together.

First frame is dedicated to front cab panels. Note that doors are molded separately, so you can open them in order to expose interior.

Second frame carries main chassis bars and frame sections for the launcher. Note that wheel fenders come as single-piece parts.

Kit is nicely detailed inside. As you can see on the photo above, there are plenty of thin and small parts, so be careful with those.

Here is another portion of launcher parts. Molding quality looks great and should be easy to work with.

This frame comes in several pieces. Rockets comes as single-piece parts with separate tail fin sections.

On this sprue you will need only some parts as rear bed won't be used for the launcher version.

It is good to see plastic wheels in this kit as such parts should be easier to paint and weather them.

Clear frame is packed into separate plastic bag. Molding quality looks nice. Decals sheet is not that big, but features all necessary symbols.

Figures come on the separate frame. Parts division is typical for this scale, so it should be easy to assemble all four soldiers.

Combo-set should be already available for purchase. In my opinion it is really great idea to combine suitable sets together and sell them for a bit more accessible price. Moreover, both sets look great and should be easy to assemble. The only thing required from you - make some suitable diorama base, so both sets would look even better together.
