Miniart 1/35 Soviet Railway Wagon Teplushka (35300)

This review is dedicated to Miniart 1/35 Soviet Railway Wagon Teplushka (35300). As you can guess, we get railway kit in popular scale. Such release might be interesting on its own or as part of some diorama project. Box is surprisingly heavy, and all frames are sealed into one bag. Let's open it and take a closer look at parts.
By the way, here you can read review with Austin car in the same scale.

Watch video-review where I show parts even closer.

On the first frame we can see large external panels. Note also separate bars for the main chassis.

Wagon might sound simple, but take a look at parts count. All these elements will be used in order to assemble into a nice copy of Soviet Wagon, suspension will be really detailed.

Top sprue gives you a hint that rails are also included for display purposes. Roadwheels look great and should be easy to separate off the frame.

These large panels will be used as walls for your wagon. Of course, it is given in several pieces. Molding quality looks great, so it is just a matter of careful painting and weathering here.

Note that wooden texture is present on the parts, but you might play with some painting techniques. Yes, this is the last grey plastic sprue in the set. :)

Decals sheet comes from Decograph, so you don't have to worry about printing quality. Some of these symbols should be easy to replicate with masks.

There are also two unpainted PE frets which will be handy for some fine features on the model. By the way, photo below shows you the possible markings in the kit.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. You can check all pages in the video-review.

Today's kit should be already available for purchase. In one box you will get a nice plastic which should turn into impressive copy of the Soviet railway wagon. Model can be assembled as the sole project or as part of some diorama in this popular scale. Just add some figures and you will get a great scene. I don't think it will be difficult to assemble, and you can also train your painting skills on such simple subject. Don't forget about assembly options, which are also nice to see in such kit.
