Miniart 1/35 Kleine Feldkuche Hf.14 w/Crew (53011)

This article is dedicated to Miniart 1/35 Kleine Feldkuche Hf.14 w/Crew (53011). As you can guess from the boxart, one box will bring you four figurines with field kitchen. Such a combo might be useful for some diorama ideas in the popular scale. Moreover, manufacturer provides some extra touches which make whole scene a bit more engaging. For example, goose in hands should definitely catch attention. Overall packaging is typical, all frames are sealed into one plastic bag. Let's open everything and take a closer look together.
By the way, here you can read review with a bit different kitchen in the same scale.

Watch this video-review where I show all parts even closer.

First frame is the biggest one in the set. Here you will find kitchen parts. Overall design is not that complicated, as the subject is rather boxy in its design.

Wheels and suspension can be found on the next frame. Some of the parts are quite thin and small, so br sure to have the plastic saw.

Kitchen utensils have their own frame and come in variety. You don't have to use everything at once, so some of those can be left for the next build.

As for the figurines, we have classic Miniart design here which they use for 1/35 scale. Overall sculpting quality looks great, so you just need to pay attention on the alignment. On the photo above you can see parts for the guy with goose.

You can see some minor amount of flash around the parts, but this should be quick and easy to clean up.

Unpainted PE fret comes with some fine items which should come handy for the overall appearance. This is a typical Miniart bonus, so you shouldn't worry about the quality. Side of the box also shows how the kitchen should be painted.

Assembly manual is typical for this brand. I show all pages in the video-review.

New kit is already available for purchase. In my opinion it is an interesting choice for modelers who would like to avoid any battle scenes. Instead you get to build a cooking diorama in popular scale. Moreover, it is great to see Miniart choosing unusual positions and combinations as it will help to make whole project a bit more engaging.
Get this and other kits in Modelimex webshop.
