ICM 1/35 Sd.Kfz.251/6 with Crew (35104)

This review is dedicated to ICM 1/35 Sd.Kfz.251/6 with Crew (35104). It is one of the old reviews, so don't be surprised with quality :D Kit comes as combo-set with vehicle and figures together. There are 302+32 parts which should assemble into a vehicle with 167mm length and five figures. Packaging is typical for this brand, so let's open it and take a closer look together. We are going to start with large frame which carries separate panels for the hull. Note that even engine is copied out of the box.

Next two sprues are full of thin parts. Be careful with those and better use plastic saw for parts separation.

Drivetrain parts come on the separate frame. Their assembly might be a bit tedious, but that is something you can't avoid while building this vehicle.

It is great to see top hull section molded as single-piece part. Note that bonnet doors are molded separately and this might be handy for exposing the engine inside.

Last grey frame comes with figure parts. Overall design is typical for this scale.

Clear frame comes in the separate plastic bag. You will need only few parts here.

Vinyl tracks and tires are not the greatest thing to have, but they should be ok for standard build. Decals look fine, typical quality for ICM. You can check assembly manuals in the video-review above.

Today's kit comes as a handy combo for modelers who would like to build a simple diorama. They will get figures and vehicle in one box, so the only thing needed - some base in order to place them together. I don't think that assembly will be difficult, so whole project might be interesting even for beginner modelers. In other words, definitely take a look if you want to build WW2 German tracked vehicle.
